Hikari teams up with the Student Council to create the best festival opening ceremony ever. Of course it won’t be fun without a competition between her and Kei. As for Kei, he’s ready to do anything to defeat Hikari and wipe that pretty smirk off the Student Council president’s face. He really doesn’t like it when Hikari is being friendly around non-SA students.

Meet Sui, Kei’s defiant younger brother. He hates the way Kei seems to overshadow him in everything. Hikari’s role this time is to reunite the Takishima brothers. Will Miss Rank Two succeed? *Sigh*. Most Shoujo shows have this kind of episode, and the ending’s pretty predictable, so I didn’t quite enjoy it.

Naoki becomes the unpaid private tutor of Class F. Thanks to his God-like skills, the used-to-be drop-outs miraculously did well in the final exams. Grateful and nearing to tears, they decided to give him a Christmas present. Of course, Kotoko would want to do the same, however, she had to work part-time first to get the item she had chosen for Naoki. Will Nao accept her gift this time?

This seemed pretty helpless because his parents are already thinking about marrying the two of them. What’s worse, his mother is practically scheming things to get him and Kotoko closer. So far she’s succeeding.

The Library Task Force is once again, confronted by the Media Improvement Committee. Days before the actual operation, they removed the only monkey woman in the team, Iku, and threw her the duty of escorting a military personnel. She found out soon that the perpetrator was no other than Lt. Chibi-chan. Without batting an eyelid, he tells Iku that she is not capable enough. To Iku’s ears, Chibi-chan wants her to back-off because she’s a nuisance. But what he does not know is that Iku is a magnet of trouble. Just when Chibi-chan is about to breathe a sigh of relief after the success of their operation, he receives a report that a group of suspicious people were after the military man Iku has to protect.
