“It’s better to enjoy fun things with others right?“
Hikari teams up with the Student Council to create the best festival opening ceremony ever. Of course it won’t be fun without a competition between her and Kei. “No matter what I do or say to him, his facial expression never changes. He’s like a person made from ice.”
Meet Sui, Kei’s defiant younger brother. He hates the way Kei seems to overshadow him in everything. Hikari’s role this time is to reunite the Takishima brothers. Will Miss Rank Two succeed? *Sigh*. Naoki becomes the unpaid private tutor of Class F. Thanks to his God-like skills, the used-to-be drop-outs miraculously did well in the final exams.
