Pops in Seoul, airing since 1998, has presented Korean pop music for the past nine years as Arirang TV’s most popular music program. The show’s VJ, K-pop expert ISAK, presents current music plus news about K-pop culture in the process supporting our domestic musicians’ activities abroad and providing overseas viewers with the latest Korean pop music and information.

And for their 1000th episode, Pops in Seoul is going live in MANILA!! YES, you heard me (or read) me right, we’re going to feel some K-loving right here on our very own country! Isn’t that just awesome!?

As stated in the image, the event will be held on July 5, 2008, 3PM, at the Manila Film Center.

Otakuzine Anime Magazine held its fourth anime convention at SM Megamall Megatrade Hall B last April 5 and 6, 2008. I don’t know about you, but I don’t read the magazine.
