Death the Kid confronts Chrona aboard the Ghost Ship Nidhogg. The ship was eventually destroyed. Chrona took this opportunity to escape, however, Kid wasn’t about to let her go. While chasing her in the sea, the mist clears and Kid sees a spectacular sky. Totally distracted, he forgot about Chrona. Later, he returns to Shibusen to talk to his father about something troubling the captain of the Ghost Ship mentioned. Meanwhile, Dr. Stein starts suspecting Medusa. Medusa’s primary concern at the moment, however, was about the sudden disappearance of the black blood from Maka.

This “Kishin who is most next to us” is kind of puzzling. Does this mean the Kishin is in Shibusen? Anyway, I won’t speculate much on that until the story gets better.

Wow, Kid is so cool! His fighting skills are way more advanced than Maka’s or Black Star’s, and he’s got that style that makes him look elegant and completely in-control. Unfortunately, the Thompson weapons didn’t leave much damage to Chrona (except for her wings). Which makes me wonder if the sisters are really up to it, I mean, if they really deserve to be Kid’s weapons. The sisters were mere thugs in their previous lives, while Kid is like the prince of Shibusen. I think elite weapons would fit him better. The type with good upbringing like Tsubaki. Oh well.

Anyway, what about Dr. Stein? He shivered with fear after that short eye-to-eye with Medusa. I wonder if they will become enemies or friends. Either way, I want to see them together in a battle scene soon.
