I want to be acknowledged by Lt. Doujo instead of my Prince Charming.”

Iku’s interrogation didn’t turn out quite well, despite the script that Lt. Chibi-chan prepared for her. Rumors about her involvement in the unjust book burning started spreading like wildfire, until her colleagues started avoiding her. Eventually she was invited to join the Library Affairs Committee, however the true purpose of that meeting didn’t really involve her. At the end of the day, Iku finally discovers who her Prince Charming was.

The following day was Promotion Test Day, given to first class librarians like Iku, Shibasaki and Hikaru. The practical test involves reading books to children. Hikaru asked for Shibasaki’s help since he’s weird around kids, while Lt. Chibi-chan volunteered tutoring Iku for the written exams. Will the two hot-heads pass?

What a delayed post *lol*.

Both episodes are great but I enjoyed episode 9 the most, especially around the parts where Iku goes all red and tearful every time she’s near Doujo, after having discovered that her sought-after prince is no other than her Chibi superior (which is no less surprising). I’m sure the story will be more exciting from now on. I also like that Shibasaki is gaining more screen time (with her hanging around the group all the time), and her sudden closeness to Hikaru. I wonder if Hikaru will pursue Shibasaki, even though we all know that Hikaru likes Iku (though lately I’m not sure whether this likeness is anything close to being romantic). Personally, I think Iku is better off with Doujo.
